This position earns a competitive base pay plus an annual bonus, as well as company, restricted stock units (RSUs). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE

As an Internal Sales Associate, you play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will work actively and collaborate with the outside sales team to target and pre-qualify quality leads, heavy phone calling, emailing, and communicate with offices, colleagues, and the field. Administrative duties vary by alignment but are also a significant part of the role. The environment is fast-paced, with multi-tasking, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills required. You will work collaboratively with channel partners, follow up on leads, and identify sales opportunities. This position is rewarding because, with every interaction, you are helping to improve patient care and treatment plans.

In this position, you will be calling and emailing medical specialties that have a focus on mental health, researching new opportunities, and pre-qualifying potential partners. This position requires excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and work collaboratively and effectively with multiple area managers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in inside sales or other telemarketing-related positions
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude who can also work independently and set their own priorities and tasks
  • Strong time management skills, being able to prioritize and divide time among several tasks
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Possess a professional phone voice, phone etiquette, and qualifying skills
  • Ability to learn our service and product
  • Prior pharmaceutical, internal sales, or medical office experience is a big plus
